Quality Assurance Executive

As a Quality Assurance professional in the FMCG industry focusing on Soy-Based Products, your role encompasses various key responsibilities to ensure product quality compliance and consumer satisfaction. You will be reporting to the Quality Manager / QA Head. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of soy-based products to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Monitoring and validating quality parameters during production are crucial to maintaining consistency and consumer trust in the products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conducting quality inspection of incoming raw materials (such as soybeans and ingredients) and packaging materials to approve vendors based on quality performance. - Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols are adhered to across production areas through regular inspections and corrective actions. - Maintaining up-to-date documentation for quality control processes, including batch manufacturing records, quality logs, and SOPs for traceability and compliance. - Investigating and resolving quality-related consumer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. - Monitoring product shelf-life and stability through real-time and accelerated studies to support product integrity. - Providing training to QA and production staff on quality standards, SOPs, and food safety while coordinating with other departments for interdepartmental collaboration. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field. - Experience in quality control and assurance within the FMCG industry, preferably with soy-based products. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. *Note: Benefits such as Leave encashment and Performance bonus are provided with this full-time job.
