1. Responsible to prepare yearly/monthly calibration schedule of all MMD.
2. Responsible to coordinate with vendor for external calibration of MMD and review of calibration reports.
3. To maintain the record of external origin documents.
4. To Prepare Yearly validation schedule and perform in-house validation and coordinate with vendors for external validation.
5. To Prepare process Validation protocols and reports.
6. To prepare URS and qualification documents like DQ, IQ and PQ of all equipment's.
7. To prepare APQR of finished products.
8. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
