Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-process quality testing to ensure product reliability
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints
• Developing and implementing FMEA and control plans for process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Designing and implementing customized testing tools for enhanced quality control

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of PCBA testing
• Solid understanding of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• Firmware debugging capability
• Visual Inspection knowledge
• RCA thought process
• IPC certification Test case generation of PCB
• PCB footprint check
• On-site debugging
• Visual inspection for in-house soldering.
• Impedance report knowledge
• Knowledge on conformal coating
• Schematics reading or understanding is present

Good to Have:

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Expertise in quality management processes
• IPC certification in soldering, harness assembly, and related areas

Eligible Candidates:

• Desired Qualification: Electronics Engineering or any equivalent qualification
• Work Experience:  3-7 Years
