Partnering with major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and driving the quality management system. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set product quality standards for new product lines and ensure technical product release accordingly. - Establish targets for product warranty ratio and implement preventive measures through technical analysis. - Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance. - Analyze and investigate product complaints or quality issues, maintaining records of warranty analysis reports. - Drive the quality management system by coordinating with local and regional process owners, ensuring process applicability, implementation, and maintenance of set KPIs. - Review deviations, provide necessary training and support to internal teams, and coordinate to maintain the location matrix. **Qualifications:** - BE Mechanical with 7-8 years of experience in quality management/assurance/control. - Technical proficiency, strong presentation, and communication skills are essential. - Hands-on experience in handling process audits and quality assurance tools like cause-effect diagram, pareto chart, control chart, root cause analysis, etc. - Six Sigma qualification preferred in addition to the above prerequisites.,
