AI-driven applications, LLM features, or chatbot workflows

What You’ll Do

Execute end-to-end testing for web & mobile applications
Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, API testing
Validate
AI/LLM-based features
including chatbot responses & prompt accuracy
Collaborate with Developers, BAs & Product Owners for timely and quality releases
Identify, document & track defects using industry-standard tools
Support UAT cycles & maintain structured QA documentation
Travel within Mumbai when required for project coordination

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience
in Manual and/or Automation Testing
Experience in
AI/LLM/chatbot/NLP testing
is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of
STLC, regression testing, functional testing, defect lifecycle
Hands-on with tools like
Selenium, Postman, JIRA
(customize as needed)
Strong communication, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
Comfortable working
onsite at Nariman Point
Willing to travel across Mumbai for client/project needs
