Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining the mechanical team at LIFT CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED in Ponda, Goa as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Your main responsibility will be to monitor processes and conduct batch sample quality testing to ensure compliance with defined standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct process monitoring and batch sample quality testing - Prepare test reports and manage rejection/rework activities - Perform root cause analysis for frequent rejections - Coordinate with the design team for new developments and inspection of new parts - Work independently to complete assignments within given parameters - Ensure adherence to quality process parameters and shopfloor safety practices - Have exposure to 5S, Kaizen, and Waste Management practices Qualifications: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience working with MS Excel - Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters - Knowledge of quality process parameters and shopfloor safety practices - Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, and Waste Management practices Note: Candidates residing in and around Goa will be given preference.
