Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Executive at our Bahadurgarh plant, your role involves ensuring that our glass packaging products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and processes, supervising the QC team, monitoring product quality at all production stages, reviewing and approving test reports, batch records, and final product release, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and customer requirements, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, identifying quality issues, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions, and liaising with production, R&D, and procurement teams for quality improvements. Additionally, you will be tasked with training staff on quality standards and procedures. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree/Diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field, 2 - 7 years of experience in QA/QC in printing or packaging, knowledge of quality standards and testing methods, ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts, and strong analytical and documentation skills.
