Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at LIFT CONTROLS PRIVATE LIMITED in Ponda, Goa, your role will involve process monitoring and batch sample quality testing to ensure adherence to defined standards. You will be a part of the mechanical team and work on maintaining quality processes to meet the company's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform process monitoring and batch sample quality testing - Prepare test reports and manage rejection/rework activities - Conduct root cause analysis for frequent rejections - Coordinate with the design team for new developments and inspect new development parts - Work independently to complete assignments within given parameters and standard practices - Have knowledge of quality process parameters and exposure to 5S, Kaizen, Waste Management, and shopfloor safety practices Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related fields - Minimum 1 year of experience working with MS Excel - Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion - Familiarity with quality process parameters and safety practices - Candidates residing in and around Goa will be preferred If you are a dynamic individual with a background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related fields, and have experience with quality assurance processes, we encourage you to apply for this role.
