Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing testing strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, while continuously enhancing testing processes to ensure software quality. - Creating and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to uphold quality standards. - Conducting root cause analysis for identified defects and facilitating defect resolution with developers. - Contributing to code reviews and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Staying updated on industry technology trends and actively participating in the organization's technology communities. Your role will be based in Pune and will require you to actively contribute to the improvement of software quality and reliability. You will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and enhance testing methodologies to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
