As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Onecom, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our Delivery team. By auditing work, analyzing processes, and identifying areas for enhancement, you will contribute to our continuous improvement efforts and ensure exceptional customer delivery. Your collaborative approach and attention to detail will help shape a culture of excellence and accountability within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Audit active projects, order cases, and offboarding processes to uphold quality standards and process compliance - Identify inefficiencies and blockers in workflows through detailed analysis - Create and maintain process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective documentation - Provide feedback and insights to leadership using reports and dashboards - Recognize training gaps and assist in the development of training programs - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Delivery team - Address and help resolve inter-team process obstacles - Support leadership in cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in quality assurance or similar roles within service or delivery sectors - Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset - Excellent communication skills with a supportive and constructive approach - Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on consistency - Proficiency in process mapping and documentation - Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across teams - Customer-focused with a strategic mindset - Confidence in holding teams accountable and driving improvement - Capability to simplify complex issues and present clear solutions - Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven Onecom is a trusted provider of Communication Technology in the UK, committed to delivering Simply Brilliant Customer Experiences.
