Job Description

As an Automation Test Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright. - Build scalable test automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber, and Mocha/Jest. - Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce. - Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions. - Collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps. - Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing. - Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. - Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
