Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading testing initiatives across multiple projects. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to ensure high-quality releases. You will take responsibility for planning, executing, documenting, and improving our QA processes while playing a key role in maintaining platform stability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.

• Identify, document, and track defects using our internal systems, and work closely with developers to ensure resolution.

• Take initiative in improving QA processes, introducing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the project manager and developers to understand requirements and define a clear testing scope.

• Lead QA efforts during sprints and major releases, ensuring no critical issues are shipped. • Work with automation tools to scale testing efforts.

• Ensure proper documentation of QA workflows, test results, and release notes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience (manual or manual + basic automation).

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks, lead testing cycles, and manage QA independently for projects. 

• Experience testing web applications, responsive interfaces, and user flows. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
