Quality Assurance

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections on incoming raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Measuring and recording the physical and chemical properties of the product, such as dimensions, weight, color, and texture. - Conducting visual inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from the quality standards. - Testing the product for quality and safety, such as performing electrical safety tests or checking for hazardous materials. - Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, engineering documents, and quality manuals to ensure that the product meets the specifications. - Conducting root cause analysis on identified quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality control inspections and results. - Communicating any issues or concerns with production or management teams to ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Textile/Garments industry for at least 4 years is preferred.
