Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OTDR, in-process quality control, coloring, buffering, and sheathing stages for OFC shift handling.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle shift operations for OFC, ensuring high-quality output.

Perform in-process quality control checks on coloring, buffering, and sheathing stages.

Utilize SAP transactions related to quality control and assurance.

Apply knowledge of IEC 60794 and GR-20 Core standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in quality control or assurance.

Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.

Proficiency in SAP transactions related to quality control and assurance.

Knowledge of IEC 60794 and GR-20 Core standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
