Quality - Assistant Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Management department by monitoring and implementing quality assurance programs aligned with NABH standards. This includes conducting internal audits, identifying areas for improvement, collecting data, training healthcare teams, and reporting on quality metrics to ensure patient safety and high-quality care delivery across the hospital. You will work closely with the Quality Manager to achieve overall quality objectives. Your key responsibilities may include: - Quality Assurance Monitoring - Compliance Management - Process Improvement - Training and Education - Reporting and Communication To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field - Experience/knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and quality improvement methodologies - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in healthcare quality management will be an added advantage The company prefers candidates with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a related role.
