Greetings!!! We are hiring for the position of Quality - Assistant Manager for Pune & Bangalore. EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience. QUALIFICATION Bachelor of Engineering, (Relevant Professional courses) Role & responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of Product Testing Laboratory, with a strong background in both operations and quality systems Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 processes. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 17025, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical Skills. Self-driven and target oriented. An extrovert and a strong team player. Act as Management Representative for leading, timely implementation and monitoring of ISO 17025 (Testing Laboratory), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management) systems requirements as well as ensuring compliance with Corporate Responsibility initiatives & Guidelines, including requirements of manuals and associated documents on all India basis. Handle NABL, BIS, and TEC audits. Plan and conduct internal audits for product testing laboratories. Monitor calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. Report the performance of the management system in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards to the management and Corporate QHSE Head for review. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including adherence to the applicable legal framework within the organization and at work sites. Monitor the energy baseline and energy performance index of the laboratory and take necessary actions. Identify training needs and relevant topics through the annual appraisals, customer feedback, customer complaints, lessons learned and monitor related activities. Liaise with accreditation bodies regarding all the matters related to the Laboratory Management System.
