Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Sampling Coordinator to manage and oversee textile sampling operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate preparation, tracking, and distribution of samples, supporting product development and client requests. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage textile sample requests from clients and internal teams. - Organize and maintain records of sampling activities, ensuring efficient tracking. - Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure sample accuracy. - Assist in packaging and dispatching samples in a timely manner. - Communicate with vendors and customers regarding sample status and requirements. - Maintain inventory of sample materials and ensure replenishment as needed. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Basic understanding of textiles and fabric types is preferred. - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines. - Proficiency in maintaining records and handling logistics.
