Quality Analyst Trainee

Job Description:

As a Quality Analyst (Fresher) at RevClerx Pvt. Ltd., you will join our QA team to support the testing and quality assurance processes of our software products. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build your skills in manual and automation testing, work in an agile environment, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for feasibility and clarity
• Work collaboratively with developers, testers, and other departments
• Support and participate in different levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression)
• Learn to design and develop basic automation scripts when required
• Help in identifying, documenting, and tracking software bugs and inconsistencies
• Collaborate on providing timely solutions to quality-related issues
• Apply basic quality assurance practices throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Assist with preparing and maintaining test documentation and reports
• Gain working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing tools
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in an agile development environment
