Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
Conduct detailed inspections and testing of products or services to identify defects or issues.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, development, and customer service, to address quality concerns.
Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Review documentation and processes to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train team members on quality standards and best practices.
