Quality Analyst (QA)

As a Quality Analyst (QA) at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality control measures and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products/services. Your main tasks will include reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns related to quality, collaborating with teams to address quality issues, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases, providing timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and performance. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT and possess 4-7 years of relevant experience. Experience in Automation Testing, particularly using Selenium, is essential. Exposure to working in Agile and Scrum environments would be advantageous. Prior experience in working with tools like JIRA & Slack will be beneficial. Moreover, any client handling experience you bring to the table will be considered a valuable asset. As part of the team, you will also assist in the training of team members on quality assurance processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices.
