Production / Manufacturing Associate

• Operate and monitor automated / semi-automated machines.
  
• Ensure assembly & packaging meet production targets.
  
• Follow

  safety, quality & process SOPs

• Report machine faults, support preventive maintenance.
  
• Maintain shift records & production logs.
  

Quality Inspector / Engineer

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  
• Perform

  microscope checks, measurement tools usage (calipers, gauges)

• Document quality reports, identify defects & escalate issues.
  
• Work with production to reduce rework/rejection.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO, EHS & customer standards

Maintenance / Equipment Engineer

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  
• Execute

  preventive & predictive maintenance plans

• Minimize machine downtime and improve OEE.
  
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for spare parts & AMC.
  
• Maintain maintenance logs & reports.
  

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Manage material inward/outward, warehouse operations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors & transport.
  
• Ensure JIT supply to production lines.
  
• Monitor inventory levels in SAP/ERP.
  

Support Functions (HR, Admin, IT)

• HR: Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance.
  
• Admin: Facility management, security, transport.
  
• IT: Network, hardware/software support, ERP system.
