Job Description

The Quality Intern will support the production and quality team in day-to-day inspection, documentation, and process monitoring activities to ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components.
  • Measure parts using basic instruments (Vernier, micrometer, gauges).
  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
  • Support first piece approval, sample checking, and defect identification.
  • Help monitor production quality parameters and report deviations.
  • Coordinate with operators and the production team on quality-related issues.
  • Support 5S, calibration, and basic quality system activities.

Skills Required

  • Basic understanding of mechanical measurements.
  • Ability to learn inspection tools and quality processes.
  • Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
