Description
As a Quality Analyst Senior Associate at EY Learning and Development VTH team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of digital learning materials and eLearning applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for eLearning applications. - Overseeing the quality management and assurance processes for digital learning materials, ensuring on-time delivery and defect-free products. - Collaborating with project managers, developers, and instructional designers to understand requirements and meet quality standards. - Providing operational oversight, including comprehensive reporting and strategic insights for the management team. - Committing to maintaining project schedules and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes. - Recommending and driving processes for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and attributes: - Experience in various testing methodologies such as Functional, Accessibility, Regression, Integration, System, Cross-Browser, Exploratory, and Usability Testing. - Proficiency in Manual Testing. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Deep familiarity with bug tracking and issue management systems. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate is preferred. To qualify for this role, you must: - Be a graduate in any discipline. - Have at least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on eLearning or educational technology. Ideally, you will also possess Excel and PowerPoint skills.
