Job Summary:

Quality Analyst Clearance & Settlement

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality audits using defined scoring rubrics and client guidelines
Provide structured feedback and coaching to agents and Team Leaders
Analyze quality data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes
Lead calibration sessions with Operations and Client stakeholders
Recommend improvements to processes, scripts, and quality frameworks
Maintain documentation for quality standards, SOPs, and updates

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline
23 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst / Quality Monitoring professional
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Banking Operations & Taxation (European Market preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis
Willingness to work in shifts aligned to customer business hours
