Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality analysis of AR calls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review denial management processes to reduce denial rates and increase revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor call center performance metrics, such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify trends in denial reasons and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience

    in US healthcare BPO or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AR calling, denial management, and revenue cycle management software applications.
