Quality Analyst

As a Senior Manager - Quality Analyst at AB InBev India, based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for handling various instruments such as GC, Alcolyser, DMA, Sodium Meter, pH Meter, and Gas Generators. Your primary tasks will involve calibration and maintenance of all BQA instruments while strictly adhering to BQA SOPs. You will analyze in-process samples, identify deviations, and inspect incoming brewing raw materials. Your role will also include ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data by following SOPs for all analysis, utilizing BWC and control charting. It will be your duty to maintain records, update the AB datasheet regularly, conduct PRP audits, and 5S Audits periodically. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining 5S in the lab and serving as a subject matter expert on various instruments like GCs, Alcolyser, DMA, Sodium Meter, pH meter, Generators, centrifuge, sonicator, hot water bath, and Mash Bath. In addition to the above responsibilities, as a Senior Manager - Quality Analyst, you will actively contribute as an enthusiastic team player in the Environmental Pillar, serve as a qualified taster, and train new Brewing Quality Analysts. You will be involved in brewing quality improvement analysis, developing and implementing process checklists and audits, as well as conducting and tracking CAR of brewery PRP audits. Ensuring maintenance of BQA lab consumables and inventory, following safety requirements, and reviewing daily data, control charts, calibration, and maintenance logs will also be part of your role.
