Qualitative Senior Research Executive

You will be responsible for managing research projects from end to end, including working on various research instruments, moderation, analysis, report writing, presentation, and project management. You will support both regional and country projects/teams. Additionally, you will be required to think of and implement new and innovative research techniques and methodologies that best address the research requirement. Collaboration and coordination with internal and external teams, including field and operations teams, moderators, and consultants, will be crucial. You will also negotiate costs with external vendors, suppliers, and moderators. Qualifications required for this role include a Masters degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred), such as Journalism, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Media & Communication, or Design. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in qualitative consumer research and brand strategy. Knowledge of advanced forms of qualitative data collection methodologies, techniques, analysis, and interpretation is essential, with the ability to apply them to agency work. Experience in moderating groups and conducting in-depth interviews, both offline and online, is necessary. Familiarity with various technology platforms for online synchronous and asynchronous qualitative research is expected. You should possess qualities like curiosity, open-mindedness, attention to detail, and an understanding of the bigger picture. Excellent communication skills are vital, enabling you to translate data from diverse inputs into a cohesive and compelling narrative.,
