QS & Planning Engineer

Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer - QS & Planning to lead and manage quantity surveying and planning activities at our construction sites. The candidate will play a critical role in cost management, project planning, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints.
• Quantity Surveying: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities based on project specifications and drawings.
• Contract Administration: Administer and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to prevent budget overruns.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Microsoft Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-9 years of experience in quantity surveying and planning within the residential or Commercial construction sector.
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Site-based Work: Willingness to work on-site at various project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
