Role & responsibilities

QS Engineer / Senior Engineer

• Quantity take off from GFC drawing (within 15 days from date of received).

• Preparation of labor bill & certification from project head and submit to HO as per billing cycle. • Certification of contractor bills & approve from project head and submit to HO as per billing cycle (1 day for ad-hoc certification).
• On time work order request entry.

• Bills entry.

• Preparation & submission of error free reconciliation statement for purchased materials.
• Fund requirement.
• Preparation of report- bill receipt date, date of certification by Site QS, date of certification by HO, submission date to accounts, payment receipt date.

• Bill delay report.

• Budget copy & work orders.
• Bills files.

QS Manager

Physical Progress tracking of day to day activity & Achieving Monthly target planned within the given timeline.

• Labor Report updation, Labor Requirement vs. available for the day DLR to be monitored and conveyed; Control wastages within permissible limit
• Material Requirement to be given to concerned representative for maintaining of sufficient stock for consistent progress; Drawing/details- requirement if any to be conveyed and sorted timely QC inspection report Closure within timeline, check list follow-up for all activity daily, Execution if activities as per the quality norms and regulations
• Maintain safe working condition and good housekeeping, Response positively to the observations raised by safety personnel and close them within given timeline, conduct daily TBT for the respective work area, Ensure 100% use on PPEs.

• Updated list of customization to be available with the engineer & to be executed without any deviations.

• Documentation All GFC drawings, construction Schedule including revisions- Approved Copies, daily Progress report, weekly progress chart, signed copy of methodology of all works handling, daily check list Modification drawings
