Job Description

Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Minimum
4 to 6 years of QS/Billing experience
in high-rise residential construction projects.
Strong experience in
Mivan shuttering technology
(minimum 2 years).
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
COST-X
for precise quantity take-offs.
Prepare
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
, estimates, rate analysis, and project costing.
Responsible for preparing
payment recommendations
, managing
variations
, generating
cost reports
, and monitoring
cash flows
.
Maintain and update cost trackers, measurement sheets, and client billing documentation.
Conduct complete
project audits
for cost assessment and prepare cost-to-completion forecasts.
Coordinate with site teams, Planning, QA/QC, and Contractors for measurement verification.
Review and certify contractor bills in accordance with actual site progress.
Support tendering activities and preparation of budgetary estimates.
Maintain accurate project MIS reports, cost summaries, and documentation.
