QRT (Quick Response Team)

The Enrollment Advisor serves as a key representative of the academy, guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process for various competitive exam preparation programs. The role involves counseling, managing inquiries, ensuring smooth admissions, and promoting the academy’s offerings while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling:

• Advise students/parents on courses and exam prep strategies.
• Assess student goals and recommend suitable programs.

Inquiry Management:

• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Provide accurate info on programs, fees, schedules, and processes.

Admissions Support:

• Guide applicants through the full admission cycle.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of forms, payments, and onboarding.

Database & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Update student data for reporting and decision-making.

Promotions:

• Promote programs via counseling, webinars, and workshops.
• Support admission drives and marketing campaigns.

Relationship Management:

• Build strong rapport with students/parents.
• Address concerns and provide timely support.

Event Support:

• Help organize orientations, seminars, and workshops.
• Coordinate with academic and support teams.

Market Feedback:

• Gather feedback and insights from prospects and students.
• Share inputs to enhance programs and strategies.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with admissions, marketing, and academic teams.
• Offer support for smooth operations.

Follow-up & Conversion:

• Conduct consistent follow-ups to encourage enrollments.
• Address objections and highlight program benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service (preferably education).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Passion for student success.
