Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensuring Customer Requirements are communicated in the organization (CSR).
  • Ensuring no communication gap between Customer and MMT.
  • Ensure the process standard as process flow chart & customer requirement.
  • Maintaining, Implementing IATF 16949:2016 in the organization.
  • Maintaining, implementing ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018 in the organization.
  • QMS system requirements & Customer complaints must be presented in MRM.
  • Maintain over all document controlling system of the plant.
  • Implementing new procedure as per requirement.
  • Ensuring efficient customer complaint redressal.
  • Rejection control of Line & preparing action plan & implementation of Poke -Yoke.
  • Ensure the process standard as process flow chart & customer requirement.
  • Customer requirements must be presented in the MRM.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare & finalization of Quality Management System related documents.
  • Understand the customer specific requirement & implement it on the shop floor.
  • Plan, schedule & implement the internal quality audit as per Certification agency.
  • To conduct & ensure the QMS audit, Product audit & Process audit as per plan.
  • To prepare the CAPA for customer complaint.
  • To close the non-conformity raised during the System Audit & Customer Audit by taking corrective & preventive action.
  • To prepare & get reviewed QA MIS in Management Review

    .

  • Daily process & system adherence review.
  • Review the QA status with customer on weekly basis.
  • Responsible for overall Customer Complain & their feedback to customer on time.
  • Consider action & corrective action for every customer complaint & their effective implementation and trainings on line.
  • Attending Customer complaint for defects.
  • Action to ensure customer complaint reduction.
  • Maintaining daily customer complaint sheet
  • Sale Return Handling
  • Customer MOM closer on time.
  • Audit for action taken against customer complaint & action plan submission.
  • Suggesting & Implementation actions with process team.
  • Warranty parts handling.
  • Hero portal training to Staff.
