Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a QMS professional. The QMS role involves overseeing and maintaining the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting regular audits, and working closely with production teams to ensure product quality. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing quality policies, training staff on QMS procedures, and managing documentation related to quality management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
• Experience in conducting and managing audits
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus

Skills Required

Excellent communication with expertise in QMS documentation is preferred.
