Requirements
Diploma in Engineering with 15+ years’ experience OR Engineering Graduate with 5+ years’ experience
Strong knowledge in QMS, API 7-1 & 7-2
Expertise in CNC machining, inspection & testing procedures
Skilled in statistical process control, root cause analysis & corrective actions
Knowledge of HSE Management, Internal Auditing, Documentation & Reporting
Proficiency in English (Arabic an added advantage)
Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspections & monitor quality/safety activities
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API Q1
Implement & oversee Quality Management System (QMS)
Coordinate internal/external/customer/supplier/third-party audits
Manage corrective action system for nonconformance & complaints
Monitor product quality from raw materials to final dispatch
Review supplier/customer rejections & take corrective actions
Drive continual improvement through analysis & preventive measures
