QHSE Auditor

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing internal and client audits, including developing detailed checklists and audit tools. Additionally, you will inspect kitchens and facilities to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards. You will conduct client-specific audits in alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements. Moreover, managing food and water sampling, coordinating laboratory testing, and reviewing analytical reports will be part of your duties. You will also lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformities. Monitoring food handler hygiene, validating training records, and conducting regular refresher sessions will also be your responsibilities. Supervising deep cleaning activities, enforcing hygiene control protocols, preparing comprehensive audit reports, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure of findings are crucial tasks. Strengthening QHSE systems across all operations through continuous monitoring and improvement is also expected from you. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Technology, Biological Science, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in the food processing industry with QHSE management exposure. - Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards. - Prior experience in the catering industry will be an advantage. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). - Certified Internal Auditor in: - ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS) - HACCP - ISO 45001:2018 (OHS) - ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) - ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) Please note that freshers will not be considered for this role.
