Description

We are seeking a QC Piping Supervisor to oversee the quality control processes for piping systems in our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications, and will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our work.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate quality control activities for piping systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and tests on piping materials and installations.
Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
Lead and mentor junior QC staff in quality assurance practices.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in quality control and assurance for piping systems.
In-depth knowledge of piping materials, welding processes, and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, and API.
Proficient in using quality control tools and software for inspections and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
