Purpose of the Job/Role
- Smooth flow of production in respective department for quality and OTIF delivery.
  1. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
    - Adherence to Customer Requirements: Know customer quality standards & ensure adherence of it in processes & products.
    - Customer Satisfaction: Improve product quality on continual basis. Immediate response to internal customer queries, issues with appropriate actions.
    - Training and Development: Training associates on updated quality standards along with supervisors
    - Continual Improvement (Kaizen): Own involvement in Kaizen Projects of continual improvement.
    - First Time Acceptance & Productivity: Achieve the set targets of FTA & productivity.
    - Health and Safety: Ensure safe working conditions in own department/area by implementing necessary safety norms as instructed by seniors.
    - Calibration of Measurement Tools: Ensure all measurement tools are calibrated, getting it calibrated as per calibration schedule.
    - Data Maintenance & Analysis: Maintain data for production defects, find out the root cause & take corrective actions.
  2. 1. KPI
      - To be competent, the user/individual on the job must be able to:
        
        To check targeted number of jewellery pieces for quality
        
        To send maximum number of pieces for dispatch by working closely with production department
        
        To anticipate problems well in advance in order to rectify it and deliver complete product on time
      - Competencies and Levels
        
        Jewelry quality parameters in different market and customer preferences
        
        Knowledge of different types of precious metal alloys, diamonds and gemstones
        
        Find out the stage-wise defects
        
        Utility aspects of each type of jewelry product
        
        To read notes and put notes on design.
        
        To document defects or job sheet
        
        to assess symmetry & flexibility of jewellery piece.
        
        Role Specification
        
        Qualification (Less than Graduate, Graduate, Post Graduate, PhD, Any Specialization)
        
        Any Qualification with Diploma in Designing /Experience in Jewelry Designing.
        
        Techno-functional Skills
        
        Knowledge of Jewelry Designing & Shapes
        
        Knowledge of Computer Skills
        
        Knowledge of jewelry designing for Domestic.
        
        Knowledge of handling the all kind of Equipment s ie: Micro Scope, Jewelry Loupe, Opti-visor, Jewelry Lamp etc.
        
        Years of Experience
        
        6 to 9 years
