QC Manager Wire & Cable

As a Quality Control Inspector in the Wire & Cable industries, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Inspecting raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met - Performing dimensional, visual, and performance testing on products - Operating and maintaining HV & CR quality testing equipment - Scheduling and calibrating QC tools and instruments for accurate measurements - Investigating non-conformances and preparing RCA & CAPA reports for corrective actions - Maintaining CabPro, ISO, and other quality documentation for compliance - Generating QC reports, technical drawings, and certificates as needed - Providing technical support to the Sales team for product inquiries - Training junior QC staff on quality control procedures and maintaining SOPs for consistency - Presenting QC performance in various meetings such as DOM/WOM/MOM/YOM - Preparing SWOT analysis and daily strategy sheets to improve quality processes In addition to the key responsibilities, the company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
