Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee VOD asset QC to ensure compliance with technical, editorial, and platform-specific guidelines
Identify and
troubleshoot issues related to audio/video sync, encoding artifacts,
loudness, captioning, metadata

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of
broadcast standards, codecs, wrappers, and OTT delivery formats
Experience with QC tools (Baton, Vidchecker) and
content validation
Familiarity with streaming platform requirements (e.g.,
FAST, AVOD, SVOD delivery
)
Understanding of cloud-based workflows and MAM systems is a plus

Minimum 10 years of experience in content QC, post-production, or content operations.

Proven experience in leading QC teams and managing delivery workflows.
Strong understanding of QC editing techniques, fault correction, and compliance standards.
Deep technical knowledge of audio/video formats, subtitle workflows, image specifications, and conversion techniques.
Skilled in editing software and familiar with mastering processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
