QC Inspector (Welding)

We are hiring for "Quality Control"/ "QC Inspector" in "Weld Electrode Process"

• Implement QA Prelated to inspection and testing
• Implement the Calibration Process Plan for smooth working of test equipment
• Arrange to inspect the received materials to ensure meeting with specified requirements and arrange the testing of the same in timely manner to avoid delay in production
• Establish inspection reports at various stages
• Arrange to provide inspection test status of material
• Provide calibration status to instrument sunder calibration
• Instruct the chemist for smooth functioning of laboratory.
• Arrange to provide Test Certificate of the material as per AWS/ASME/EN/IS
• Maintain the Type Approval of the product with national& international agencies like BV,DNV,LR,BAXCOUNSEL, ABS, IRS, BIS, NPCIL, IBR etc. in timely manner
• Take part in TPI Audit in association with other departmental HOD as when required
• To prepared Measurable Quality objective and maintain it
