Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Verify product conformance to specifications, drawings, blueprints, and quality standards.
Conduct tests using appropriate tools, equipment, and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation for quality records.
Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to supervisors or quality engineers.
Work with production teams to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure equipment used for inspection is properly calibrated and maintained.
Follow and uphold company quality policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Participate in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement activities.
Support audits (internal, customer, or regulatory) as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency with inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, quality management software).
Knowledge of ISO standards or industry-specific quality regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
