Core Competencies: FSSC22000, USFDA, BRC, ISO Implementation HACCP, GMP, GHP & Food Safety Compliance Regulatory Audits (FSSAI, FDA, FSSC, HALAL, BRC) QA/QC Lab Management & Quality Metrics Tracking Training, Leadership & Performance Monitoring Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Assessment Qualification & Experience: • Bachelors / Masters in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Food Science • 4–7 years in QC (RTE / Frozen Foods / FMCG / Dairy / Beverages preferred)
