You will be responsible for new product/formulation development as per design input and modification of existing products based on market requirements. This will involve carrying out laboratory trials, third-party certificates, competitors" products analysis, and customer trials. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with environmental regulations in the development of latest technology products. As part of your role, you will provide product application training to sales and technical teams, as well as demonstrate product performance to customers. A good understanding of Polymer, Surface Treatment, and Coating fields is essential. You should be prepared to work hard to expand your knowledge and be willing to travel to demonstrate new product launches or establish parameters. You will also be expected to manage a cross-functional technical team responsible for product development, innovation, and manufacturing support. Your duties will include executing planned experiments in the laboratory, documenting work results, and communicating effectively. It will be important to improve laboratory practices to enhance efficiency in research and development activities. Routine experimental work for product development, materials testing, and product evolution will also be part of your responsibilities.
