ServiceNow ITSM Architect (Remote India) Experience level : 8+ Years Job Location : Remote (India) Join Time : Immediate or within 1520 days preferred We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect with a strong background in architecture design, ServiceNow scripting, and integration. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who can lead ITSM platform strategy, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture design and technical strategy for ITSM implementations, primarily on the ServiceNow platform Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define scalable and maintainable solutions Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Request Management Develop and review technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and data models Create and maintain custom scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI actions using JavaScript/GlideScript Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and ServiceNow architecture standards Provide mentorship to developers and participate in code reviews. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience in ITSM, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow architecture Proven expertise in architecting and implementing large-scale ITSM solutions Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) Solid understanding of data modeling, CMDB structure, and service relationships ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus Excellent communication and documentation skills (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
