Role Overview

The ServiceNow CSM Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, the ability to lead a team, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Hands-on involvement in the current project development is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and implementers, ensuring the effective delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • End-to-End Implementation : Oversee the implementation of the CSM module from scratch, ensuring the solution is customized according to client requirements.
  • ServiceNow Development : Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts) and customizing applications as per business needs.
  • Current Project Hands-On Development : Actively participate in hands-on ServiceNow development in current projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely implementation.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.
  • Continuous Learning : Actively stay updated with new ServiceNow modules and best practices.
  • Adapt to project needs and integrate new features as required.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues related to the CSM module.
  • Guide team members on technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow CSM module implementation from scratch.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
  • Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.
  • Experience in leading teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Hands-on involvement in current ServiceNow development projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
