Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Delphi.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in both development and production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
  • Optimize database interactions and queries using MSSQL / SQL Server.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Delphi development.
  • Strong proficiency in Delphi frameworks and libraries.
  • Solid experience working with MSSQL / SQL Server databases.
  • Experience or knowledge of C# is an added advantage.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
