Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA/QC Supervisor (E&I) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our electrical and instrumentation projects. This role involves developing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and leading a team of QA/QC professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for electrical and instrumentation projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead the QA/QC team in identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure quality requirements are met during project execution.
Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality control best practices and procedures.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality performance and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the electrical and instrumentation industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Proficient in quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
Experience with inspection and testing techniques for electrical and instrumentation components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve quality processes.
