Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a QA/QC Manager specializing in Hair Dyes. The QA/QC Manager will oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards. Daily tasks include developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, testing raw materials and finished products, troubleshooting quality issues, and maintaining documentation. Collaboration with production and R&D teams to ensure continuous improvement in product quality is also essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
• Knowledge of product testing and quality standards
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially in hair dyes and henna products
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
