QA/QC Engineer

As a dynamic QA-QC Engineer at the office in GIDC Makarpura (Vadodara) and the new factory in Por (Vadodara), your role involves carrying out quality inspections at various levels, handling Third Party Inspection during the Final Inspection, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP). You should be competent in reading drawings and quality-related requirements, as well as training and managing a team of Welders and Fitters. Additionally, you will be responsible for external Quality Audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, monitoring manufacturing processes on the shop floor, and ensuring compliance to specifications and standards. Your role includes handling technical discussions with Clients, Third Party Inspectors, and the Design Team, coordinating communication across functions, and conducting Root Cause Analysis for product or process failures when necessary.
