QA/QC Engineer

As a QA/QC Engineer at NMTG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality control and quality assurance of our company's raw and finished products. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing incoming packaging materials and coordinating with suppliers. - Ensuring adherence to process specifications. - Setting requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance. - Maintaining records of testing, information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products per day. - Ensuring that all quality parameters are followed throughout the operation. - Testing raw and packaging materials, as well as final products. - Calibrating instruments and preparing various QA reports. - Participating in new product development & testing at R & D. - Investigating and resolving customer problems (e.g., fitting, inspection). - Conducting field visits to address one-way clutch issues at customer end. - Assessing the benefits of newly developed products. - Sharing test results with Directors. - Engaging in continuous R & D as per customer requirements & market dynamics. - Assembling & Testing of one-way clutch. Required Skills: - Ability to manage Quality Management System (QMS). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Desired Skills: - Technical graduate in Mechanical Engineering. - Good leadership, analytical, time management, and organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. Education: - B.E.
